My career has been rooted in new construction from day one. I’ve spent years immersed in the full build process, not just selling the finished product. Early on, I worked as a runner for a high-volume new construction team, standing in on countless framing walkthroughs, blue tape inspections, and final punch lists. I learned how homes are built directly from foremen, project managers, and tradesmen on site, absorbing every detail of the process.

That foundation shaped how I work today. I understand the pain points on all sides and know how to solve them before they become problems. I act as a liaison between builders, clients, and agents, managing selections, timelines, and expectations seamlessly. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with contractors to edit floor plans for better functionality, gut and redesign remodels, and guide buyers through full home selections from exterior materials down to cabinet hardware.
